Every Dollar Makes a Difference

Every dollar raised by the PTCO directly supports Heritage students and staff. For the 2026–2027 school year, our goal is to raise $74,000 to help provide resources, programs, and opportunities that make a difference in our school community.

 

Our fundraising efforts focus on:

  • Teacher & Staff Grants – Grants submitted by teachers, staff, and the principal help fund innovative classroom projects, educational resources, and school-wide initiatives.
  • Teacher Assistant Hours – Funding additional classroom support helps lower student-to-adult ratios and provides students with more individualized attention and support.
  • Community Events – Throughout the year, we host special events that bring our Heritage community together to celebrate and have fun, including Soar Into School, Trunk or Treat, Family Dance, and Soar Into Summer.

Reaching our fundraising goals is truly a community effort! Teachers, families, and local businesses work together to support Heritage by participating in our fundraising activities throughout the year.

Other Ways to Support Heritage

There are many easy ways to help raise funds throughout the year:

  1. Dine Out Nights – Join fellow Heritage families for restaurant nights where a portion of your purchase benefits the PTCO.
  2. Sign Up for Passive Fundraising Programs – Earn money for Heritage simply by doing things you already do!
    • KING SOOPERS COMMUNITY REWARDS – Link your King Soopers loyalty card to Heritage Elementary PTCO through the Community Rewards Program.
    • MABEL'S LABELS – Label your kids' belongings and help earn money for the PTCO at the same time!
    • BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION – Download the Box Tops app and earn 10 cents for every eligible Box Tops item you purchase.
    • LONGMONT DAIRY – The PTCO earns 5 cents for every Longmont Dairy cap we collect. Bring your caps to school and drop them in the Longmont Dairy collection box anytime throughout the year.
